Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage a high volume of accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for verification.
- Perform weekly payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies effectively.
- Maintain organised records of all AP transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support during audits.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and communicate with internal departments professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Strong Excel capabilities, and previous experience using MS Dynamics will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
