So what's involved?
As a Hair Transplant Doctor you will be responsible not just for performing hair transplants but all related hair loss treatments. Our doctors are responsible for:
- Providing World Class Client Care
- Ensuring consistent and high quality hair loss and other cosmetic medical consultations as per the company protocols;
- Performing hair transplant and other assigned cosmetic medical procedures (PRF, PRP, DDP and PGC)
- Perform Prescription Hair Care consultations and provide oversight
- Organise and conduct training and development in connection with the business and new practices and procedures to be implemented from time to time;
- Training new medical staff members employed by the Group;
- Support the Management Team to ensure that the business is smoothly run and managed;
- Always look for ways to WOW your team members and clients

Full training through our In-House Academy will be provided however applications are welcomed from experienced Hair Transplant Doctors. The successful candidate must be able to travel to ensure you have the opportunity to learn from all of our experienced employees.
About You
We are looking for an individual with an aesthetic eye for detail, experience in fine work, and understanding of artistic as well as mathematical aspects of aesthetic procedures.
You genuinely enjoy working with people, are charismatic, well-organised and passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves. You can take a stressful situation and turn it into a positive, memorable experience for our customers and fellow staff members. One of our core values is Word Class Care.
You must hold a medical practitioner qualification (MBBS), registration with AHPRA, and have experience and/or strong interest in cosmetic medicine.
Minimum requirements
- Hair Transplant Experience advantageous
- 3-5 years experience as Medical Practitioner
- 1-2 years experience in management role and customer service
- 1-2 years experience in cosmetic industry
- Excellent communication skills in the English language
