Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a talented Procurement Administrator to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor to our strategic goals, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial transaction and supporting the purchasing department.
Key Duties
- Invoice Management and processing for all stores department within Hotel Operations at Ayers Rock Resort.
- Reconcile vendor statements and showcase any discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.
- Monitor and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers to follow up on delivery.
- Communicate any order delay or changes to the appropriate teams at Ayers Rock Resort.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Excel etc.
- Excellent both written and verbal communication.
- Strong teamwork skills showcased across the resort.
- Business acumen
- Previous experience working with Materials Control is highly regarded
- A background in purchasing is highly desirable
