About the Opportunity
If you are an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Team Leader looking for a fulfilling role within the construction industry, then this is the role for you! The role offers great opportunities to grow and develop your career in an environment focused on continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will lead the accounts receivable team, whilst performing and ensuring accuracy of complex high-volume invoicing.
Your roles and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Process accurately all accounts receivable transactions for customers in accordance with group policies
- Continue to streamline and improve existing process, to increase accuracy and productivity
- Engage with customers and staff on invoicing queries to ensure a smooth resolution
- Managing & lead a team of 4 Accounts Receivable Officers, ensuring smooth operations and high performance
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and efficiency
- Assist the Finance Manager with other projects as required
This role will be based at Fleurieu Cranes' Head Office at Wingfield.
About You

To be successful in the role you will have/be:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Prior experience with managing / leading team members
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously, under pressure and to deadlines
- Be highly proficient with Microsoft applications
- Passion for problem solving and applying critical thinking to improve outcomes
