Description:

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring our brand vision to life across Australia and New Zealand. Based at our Sydney Head Office and reporting to the Senior Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing and elevating Dior’s retail presence across stores and events.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity and execution within a global luxury brand.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Management

  • Partner with local and regional teams to support major brand events, PR activations, and marketing programs
  • Manage end-to-end execution of event-related VM, including collateral, suppliers, timelines, and budgets
  • Liaise with creative agencies and vendors for custom design and production work
  • Coordinate all visual components for eventing: testers, planograms, collateral, and local production orders


Budget & Supplier Management

  • Manage event budgets, including PO tracking and invoice reconciliation
  • Brief, quote, and coordinate suppliers and production partners, maintaining strong relationships throughout project delivery


Visual Merchandising Execution

  • Adapt and implement visual merchandising guidelines and planograms in line with Dior international standards
  • Oversee store installations and animations – ensuring dummies, testers, visuals, lightboxes and videos are properly executed and aligned with brand standards
  • Collaborate closely with regional VM teams and share feedback on executions


About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in VM, ideally within the luxury beauty or retail space
  • Exceptional project and time management skills
  • Highly organised, creative, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for design and aesthetics


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp
