Are you passionate about sports and eager to turn your passion into a rewarding career? Look no further! Natimuk & District Gymnastic Club is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Trainee in Sports Development.
Part-Time Employment: Secure a part-time position with competitive benefits and a chance to kickstart your career in sports development.
On-the-Job Training: Receive comprehensive on-the-job training while working towards achieving your Certificate IV in Sport Development.
Duties:
- Co-ordinate administrative duties, rostering and schedules
- Work closely with Head Coach, interacting with parents, gymnasts, staff and external bodies
- Take on beginner coaching roles.
- Social Media and Business' website
- Assist with events, birthday parties and future building utilisation
- Assisting on weekends for club competitions
- Store and retrieve data on computers
Requirements:
- Passion to work with children in sports and a desire to have a positive impact.
- Complete the fundamentals coaching course
- Willingness to learn and commit to on-the-job training.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, ability to motivate and encourage
- Basic understanding of sports-related principles.
