About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the store's sales, team, and operations , ensuring customers get top-tier service and access to the latest gear. You'll create an engaging retail experience , lead a passionate team, and drive store performance in a high-energy environment.
What you will do
- Lead & inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Manage inventory & merchandising , ensuring stock levels are always game-day ready.
- Engage with customers , helping them find the perfect gear to support their team.
- Drive sales & hit KPIs , with incentives available for top performers.
- Stay up to date with the latest team trends, promotions, and merchandise releases .
