Sandersons Rushcutters Bay conveniently located just few minutes from Sydney CBD, is a family owned and operated dealership that has been representing Mercedes-Benz in Sydney since 1976.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer focused Vehicle Parts Interpreter to join our dedicated and passionate team in Rushcutters Bay.

Our successful candidate will have / demonstrate :

• Current Full Australian Driver's License
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The drive to succeed and a commitment to going the extra mile for our customers
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a team and autonomously
• A person with a positive attitude that is committed to following processes that have been designed to achieve desirable outcomes
• High level of personal commitment and attention to detail

• Maintaining and growing relationships with our internal and retail customers.
• Supplying and interpreting parts to our busy workshop.
• Identify, order, receive and allocate all parts required to complete mechanical repairs on all Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Ensure parts sales margins are met in all sales as per the agreed dealership gross profit % target.
• Attend to all incoming Parts Department phone calls promptly, in a polite and courteous manner.
• Contact customers on a regular basis to follow up on order status/delivery expectations.
• Perform any other duties as directed or assigned to the position from time to time.
