The role & you

Our Operations North department is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team at the Taree Depot. In this role, you will primarily operate graders but may also work with other machinery, including rollers, loaders, excavators, backhoes, tractors, trucks, and water carts. The successful candidate will be a reliable and team-focused individual who prioritizes safety and is dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes for our community. Please note that to be a successful candidate for this role you’ll be required to complete a pre-employment medical check (this will include a drug and alcohol test, sight and hearing, functional and medical component)

Salary: Commencing salary package range circa $60,900 to $67,040 p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation. (Dependent on skills and experience.)

Location: Upon commencement your normal place of work will be the MidCoast Council Depot located on Arkwright Crescent, Taree 2430. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.

Tenure: Permanent, Full Time.

Closing date: Sunday 20 April, 2025 at 11.30 pm.
