The Position
The Service Support Coordinator will be at the heart of the field operations-helping the technicians stay on track, supporting the clients, and keeping things moving efficiently behind the scenes.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include:

  • Coordinate and schedule installation and service jobs
  • Act as the frontline liaison for clients
  • Support field operations and our in-house technical team
  • Assist with ordering and tracking hardware and equipment
  • Help drive the team to meet operational KPIs
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and senior leadership
  • Prepare and send service quotations to clients
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Complete general admin duties and support the team as needed
  • Take initiative with any ad hoc tasks that help keep the business running smoothly

The Candidate
The successful applicant will bring a blend of technical understanding, strong coordination skills and a proactive mindset. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working within the security systems industry
  • Scheduling and coordination experience in a service or installation environment
  • A technically minded approach, with the ability to understand system workflows
  • Basic IT and networking knowledge, with a preference for experience in alarm and CCTV systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence to provide suggestions, problem-solve, and deliver resolutions
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, technicians, and internal teams
