About the Opportunity
We have a number of casual opportunities for Community Support Worker to join our team in West Wyalong. Currently we’re looking for people with flexible availability who have a willingness to work active overnight shifts supporting high-needs clients . As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a quality person centred service to meet the individual needs of our clients. This includes:
- Contributing to create an environment that empowers people with disabilities.
- Providing daily living support to people with disability to look after themselves while enhancing their independence and self-determination.
- Supporting the integration of people with disabilities in the community.
- Championing a safe workplace by eliminating or minimising risk to the health and safety of yourself and those around you.
Importantly, you must demonstrate a real desire to work with people living with disability and have a sound understanding of how to best assist them to live a life of their choice.

Pay Rate
$41.77 per hour base casual rate (inclusive of casual loading) plus afternoon, overnight and weekend penalties and allowances.
