About You
As a 12V Sales Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things 12-volt, helping customers design and build the perfect power set-ups for their adventures.
You are:
- An expert in 12V systems – You have hands-on experience with 12-volt products and understand how they work, install, and integrate.
- A customer-focused problem solver – You thrive in a retail environment, love engaging with customers, and enjoy helping them find the best solutions.
- Driven by results – You’re highly motivated to exceed sales targets and contribute to the store’s success.
- A team player – You’re passionate about creating a positive, high-energy work culture.
- You are available to work a Wed – Sun roster as part of your regular schedule.
The Role
As a 12V Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our Port Macquarie store, helping customers navigate our extensive 12V product range. Your mission:
- Be the store’s 12V expert – Assist customers with all 12-volt inquiries, explain product features, and design custom power setups.
- Drive sales and exceed targets – Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Create an engaging in-store experience – Demonstrate products, offer expert advice, and ensure every customer leaves with the right setup for their needs.
- Support the broader sales team – While 12V is your focus, you’ll also assist with our full product range.
