Pre-Paid Funeral Specialist

About the role
This role will see you on the road five days a week, working from multiple funeral locations and branches across the Sydney Metro area. No prior experience in the funeral industry is required, we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
You will:
- Recommend personalised solutions and tailor contracts to align with your clients' needs.
- Develop, manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline , ensuring consistent follow ups and lead conversions.
- Exceed monthly activity and sales targets.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, guiding them through the preplanning their funeral needs.
- Drive sales growth by proactively sourcing and developing new leads through networking, community engagement and personal referrals .
What you will bring
- Experience in a B2C sales role , with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline , including lead generation, closing and referral techniques.
- A passion for relationship based consultative selling and an ability to connect with clients on emotional and sometimes confronting topics.
- Strong rapport building skills and a proactive approach to business development.
- Competence with CRM tools and intermediate Microsoft Office abilities.
- A can-do attitude and a drive to make a difference in your community.
- An unrestricted driver's license.
