Job Description
The ASICS retail team is growing! We’re on the hunt for a passionate part time Retail Assistant to join our INSERT STORE NAME team. At ASICS we pride ourselves on being the product experts and creating exceptional customer experiences and representing a high-performance culture and performance mindset, focused on accountability, fairness and celebrating the intrinsic feeling from personal success.
Here's what we’d love to see from you:
- Previous retail sales experience in a similar customer facing role
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Previous sales experience with the ability to educate our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
- A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential – more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand!
- Flexible availability to cater to a permanent part time set roster

Qualifications
- Proven customer service and sales experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for health, fitness, and an active lifestyle
- Flexible availability to work part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience with footwear and apparel sales (preferred but not required)
