About You:
- 1-2+ Years experience as a Store Manager or Flagship Assistant Store Manager position
- Confident in people leadership and developing your teams to success!
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service throughout
- Experience with meeting and exceeding Sales & KPIs
- Ability to lead by example and drive business goals whilst promoting a positive team culture
