This team is a newly formed, small group kick-starting a high priority greenfield project to transform the way we offer legal software to our clients. Two experienced team members have been working hard in the design phase and now we’re looking for a Software Engineer to join as team member number 3 to begin with the hands-on development.
About you
You are a smart , focused , motivated and hard-working developer who wants to make an impact, while expanding your skills. On top of that, you will bring:

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
  • Interface: Proficiency with REST APIs, Open API, JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Backend: Node.js, MongoDB.
  • Cloud: Experience with AWS Services (S3, RDS etc.)
  • Motivation: Self-motivation and a desire to take ownership of work. You have a desire to continuously learn about new technologies.
  • Attitude: A great attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent service and a readiness to pick up a task, no matter how big or small.
  • Problem solver: Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do
You'll work closely with the leadership team to execute the technical vision. To make this happen you will:

  • Development: Own end-to-end development of new features and system enhancements, ensuring high code quality and performance.
  • Architect Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures, optimizing existing codebases and introducing new technologies where needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, UX, Customer Support, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities for technical innovation, process improvement, and automation.
