What You'll Do:

As an Associate/Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client engagements, taking ownership of critical project modules and guiding junior team members. You will be expected to:

  • Structure and Solve Complex Problems: Break down intricate client challenges into manageable tasks, identify core issues, and direct the focus of junior consultants to key elements.
  • Drive Insightful Analysis: Effectively plan and execute data collection, model creation, and sophisticated analyses, creatively overcoming information limitations to surface critical insights.
  • Develop Actionable Recommendations: Identify the core implications of complex analyses and craft well-reasoned, impactful recommendations for our clients.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Work side-by-side with clients and project team members, fostering a collaborative environment and managing small teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert: Develop and share unique insights within your chosen area of focus, becoming a go-to resource for both clients and colleagues.
  • Manage Project Execution: Take ownership of individual project modules, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
  • Seek Guidance and Grow: Report to Engagement Managers and Principals, proactively seeking guidance to enhance your technical and strategic expertise.
  • Coach and Mentor: Support the development of junior consultants, actively coaching them to build their consulting skill sets.
  • Facilitate Client Interactions: Prepare compelling materials, conduct insightful interviews, and facilitate productive client workshops.
  • Contribute to Business Development: Support the growth of our practice by contributing to the development of impactful proposals.
  • Invest in Our Team: Actively participate in firm events, training sessions, and recruitment activities, contributing to the development and culture of our team.

What You'll Bring:

The Associate/Consultant role is an exceptional opportunity for highly motivated professionals with a proven track record of success. We are looking for individuals who bring:

  • Significant Consulting Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally within a well-regarded strategy consulting firm or in team-oriented, project-based environments.
  • Demonstrated Leadership Potential: Experience in guiding and supporting teams or work streams to achieve goals within defined timelines.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: A strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical rigor and the ability to structure complex issues.
  • Powerful Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to senior executives.
  • Outstanding Academic Credentials: An undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel as required to serve our global client base.
