What you’ll do:

Manage operational budgets, driving quality outcomes and financial sustainability

What you’ll need:
Extensive experience in the home care industry
Proven leadership in aged care services
Strong understanding of aged care standards, regulations, and compliance
Strong financial management and budget oversight skills
Clinical background (Registered Nurse qualification)
Valid driver’s license
