- Promoting a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities
- Ensuring strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.
- Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
- Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
- Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
