Remuneration: $145,000 + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances
Up to $12.5k relocation and rental assistance on offer for candidates relocating to Bundaberg. Your part in our Blue Care team
  • Promoting a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities
  • Ensuring strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.
What makes a difference for us?
  • Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
  • Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
  • Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
