Quality Facilitator / Quality Advisor
Georgiou Group has partnered with Koppen's Construction to deliver disaster recovery works on one of Australia’s most beautiful highways. The project will involve various civil and slope stabilisation works across multiple brownfield sites where your expertise is needed. There are FIFO and accommodation options for anyone living in SEQ.

What you’ll do (but not limited to):
- Manage the deployment, development, maintenance and support of the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet operational, legal, client, accreditation and other obligations needs
- Provide leadership to project teams with regards to Quality standards to foster a culture of system compliance and high performance
- Develop lean Quality procedures and systems that support project/facility needs
- Consult with stakeholders to identify Quality system improvements that support high performance
- Oversee and assist with documenting, administrating and communicatingproject Quality system processes and operating procedures including reporting and issuing of quality system bulletins
- Develop project quality documentation to address contractual and Georgiou requirements
- Planning, coordinating and participating in Quality audits, assisting project teams in identifying and implementing potential improvements
- Support the identification of and compliance with all formal standards and regulatory codes applicable to Georgiou’s project teams
- Liaise with suppliers within manufacturing environments to assist them in supplying goods to particular specifications
- Support project teams to provide internal/external reporting that monitors performance against Quality KPIs
- Support implementation of methodologies and tools that effectively monitor and control Quality
- Provides input into reports on the effectiveness and suitability of the management system
- Contribute to creating training content and delivers training relating to Quality programs and objectives
What you’re good at:
- Experience in Civil or heavy industry construction projects valued > $30 million
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and timely working relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure day-to-day requirements/expectations are met and continual improvements are achieved
- You should also have strong understanding of AS/NZS 4801, ISO 9001 and 14001
- Strong attention to detail, ability to read and apply technical drawings and knowledge according to client specifications
- The ability to develop client and subcontractor relationships as a principal contractor
- Continually engaging in professional development to keep up to date with contemporary approaches to Quality Management
- Qualifications in the field of Civil Engineering, Quality Assurance and/or Management are preferred
