Your day will be a dynamic mix of collaboration, education, and leadership. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to embed age-friendly practices, providing expert guidance and support to ensure the best care for older patients. Engaging with clinicians, executives, and stakeholders, you'll champion quality improvement initiatives, deliver tailored training, and drive sustainable change. Whether mentoring staff, analysing data, or advocating for better environments for older adults, you'll be at the forefront of transforming geriatric care at Toowoomba Hospital.
