Are you detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about clear documentation? We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our clients team on a 4-month term to support process documentation and training initiatives during a major systems transition.
As they move to a new ERP platform (SAP), your role will be essential in updating and refining our existing process documentation to align with new workflows. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure our quality management system (QMS) reflects the latest operational changes. What You'll Do:-
Update and revise existing process documents within our QMS to reflect SAP-related changes.

Collaborate with a third-party logistics provider to transform system-generated documentation into accessible, business-friendly formats.

Engage with internal teams to gather input and ensure documentation aligns with current business practices.

Partner with the Technical Team to refresh training materials for dealer network processes including parts ordering, returns, and exchanges.

Support the delivery of small-group training sessions for dealers, using the revised training resources.

Proven ability to review, edit, and write clear, concise process documentation.

Strong communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across teams and present in small group settings.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word.

Experience working within documentation frameworks in a quality or ERP system environment (SAP experience is a plus).
