Salary package up to $460,000

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Specialist/Consultant Anaesthetist to deliver a wide range of anaesthetic services across elective, emergency, and ICU cases. You'll work in a supportive environment with both salaried and visiting medical officers, and have the opportunity to develop sub-specialty interests in:

• Perioperative medicine
• Intensive care
• Pain management
• Quality and safety initiatives

You’ll also contribute to the training and supervision of junior doctors and participate in clinical governance and service development.
Requirements

• Fellowship of ANZCA or an equivalent international specialist qualification in anaesthesia – assessed by ANZCA or eligible for expedited pathway
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Commitment to teaching and continuous improvement
