- This is a major specialist referral centre providing a full range of acute, sub-acute, mental health, community, aged, and specialist services .
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Specialist/Consultant Anaesthetist to deliver a wide range of anaesthetic services across elective, emergency, and ICU cases. You'll work in a supportive environment with both salaried and visiting medical officers, and have the opportunity to develop sub-specialty interests in:
- Perioperative medicine
- Intensive care
- Pain management
- Quality and safety initiatives
Requirements
- Fellowship of ANZCA or an equivalent international specialist qualification in anaesthesia – assessed by ANZCA or eligible for expedited pathway
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Commitment to teaching and continuous improvement
