About the Role:Are you ready to take the reins on a large-scale ERP transformation that will shape the future of one of Australia’s most iconic businesses? We're on the lookout for a people-first Enterprise Architect to join a high-impact program focused on modernising core systems, uplifting employee experience, and driving operational excellence across supply chain and business
You’ll be at the heart of an enterprise-wide SAP program with visibility across digital, data, and integration layers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Define and guide enterprise architecture that aligns to major ERP transformation goals;
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business and tech functions;
- Provide architectural oversight across ERP, middleware, digital, and data domains;
- Evaluate solution proposals to ensure they meet business needs and scalability; and
- Embed architectural governance and best practices across delivery.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect leading complex ERP transformations;
- ERP background in SAP (preferred), Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday, or similar platforms;
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, delivery governance, and integration approaches;
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager with a collaborative mindset; and
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or supply chain industries is highly regarded.
- Play a central role in one of Australia's most significant SAP implementations;
