Senior Team Leader – Library Operations

- Salary: $111,283 - $117,650 per annum

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Team Leader – Library Operations to join the City of Joondalup.
The Senior Team Leader – Library Operations is a newly created position that will be essential to the teams success. The Senior Team Leader will be responsible for leading the operations of the City’s library branches to ensure the provision of an effective and efficient library and information service. Additionally, the position will work with the library team to provide a strategic focus and assist the Coordinator Joondalup Libraries in the development, management and oversight of annual plans and budget.

- People Management
- Highly developed project management skills
- Analytical, problem-solving and research skills with the ability to initiate, implement, monitor, and evaluate new and existing strategies and projects.
- Interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills to positively manage customer relationships
- Written communication skills, with proven ability to research and analyse data/information to ensure clear and concise reports and correspondence are prepared
- A tertiary qualification in librarianship, information management or other relevant qualification is also required (project management would be advantageous).
