With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to professional development, our client offers a dynamic work environment where apprentices can gain hands-on experience in the construction and assembly of cool rooms, cabinetry, and other specialised carpentry projects.
About the role:
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:
- Assist in building wooden frameworks for cool rooms, refrigeration units, and supports.
- Install doors, panels, and shelving systems to specification.
- Measure, cut, and prepare timber and materials for assembly.
- Support bespoke carpentry work and routine inspections/repairs.
- Help with on-site installations, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain tools, ensure a clean workspace, and follow safety guidelines.
- Motivated to develop carpentry skills and progress in the trade.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to the role.
- Works well with tradespeople and team members.
- Focuses on safety and follows all protocols.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn and tackle challenges.
- Holds a White Card and valid driver's license.
- Personalised one-on-one mentoring throughout your training to ensure your success
- A nationally recognised qualification - Certificate III in Carpentry
