About The RoleAn award winning, well-known and established builder & developer with a national presence and reputation for building quality custom & spec residential homes is currently experiencing growth with a range of projects across Wollongong and South-west Sydney. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced Carpenter to work on their large Wollongong estate.
Your responsibilities will include:
All carpentry duties including the erection of Frame and Trusses, cladding, roofing, and window installationSingle and Double story builds Assisting supervisors with planning, layouts and installation requirementsFulfill contractual obligations to all builds and deliver jobs on-time to a high qualityHealthy and safety responsibilities and implementing best practiceRead, interpret and apply plans
About You
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess;
A trade background in Carpentry (Cert III required as minimum)NSW White Card First Aid Certificate Work experience within the residential housing market, with framing & cladding experience preferredA thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations and Quality Assurance systemsExcellent organisational, time management, and communication skillsFast paced work ability and ability to remain focused on site.A full driving license is essential, tools and your own vehicle
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of around $80k + car & phone allowance + super, as well as being rewarded with a generous commission structure.
