Hardy Aviationis looking for a Document Controller for our office in Darwin. NT.
We are open to helping with relocation costs for a successful interstate candidate.
As a shared resource, between our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation and Quality Department this role involves:
Responsibilities
· Performing the functions of a Document Controller including:
· Ensuring all company documentation is produced, published and controlled in line with the company Document Control Manual policies and procedures;
· Track contractor and supplier approval expiry dates sending renewal requests where required;
· Develop and manage the company document database;
· Process a variety of external notifications from industry bodies;
· Regularly check Controlled Data from a variety of sources to ensure Company personnel;
· Provide additional support as required;
· Participate in audits where required;
Skills
· Advanced Microsoft word;
· Acute attention to detail;
· Highly developed written and verbal communication;
· Organised and methodical approach to work with the ability to prioritise;
· Ability to work largely unsupervised.
Experience
· Demonstrated prior experience in managing document and version control would be looked on favourably however any applicant with strong administrative and organisational experience is encouraged to apply.
