The main focus of this role will be to manage our training and assessment portfolio, ensuring that we comply with appropriate regulatory compliance, and maximise the benefits of this program for our workforce.This role will be responsible for: Ensuring the site meets its compliance obligations with respect to mandatory training requirements Designing and developing training and assessment materials for operational training and assessment of manufacturing team members Administering and maintaining training and assessment records for the Maryvale mill Maintaining our training database Delivering and assessing training as required Ensuring the site meets its compliance obligations with respect to mandatory training requirements Discover Yourself…This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished training professional who enjoys delivering both high value strategic initiatives and day to day critical operational matters.
