By fostering transparent conversations about building conditions and performance, we aim to elevate the value of our clients' assets through BMS delivery and system enhancements. Our innovative energy-efficient strategies place a strong emphasis on enhancing NABERS ratings and lowering facility consumption and downtime.

Qualifications & experience

  • Knowledge and/or experience of building management systems

  • Knowledge and/or background in mechanical electrical, HVAC or air-conditioning

  • The ability to demonstrate strong customer engagement and relationship skills

  • The ability to work standalone and also in a team environment

  • Proficiency in IT, network communication and PC hardware configuration

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • An electrical license or restricted electrical license is essential

  • Hold a current driver’s license.

  • Mechanical electrical and HVAC skilled technicians with a interest in BMS are encouraged to apply

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Carry out routine service on Building and Energy Management Systems

  • Carry out troubleshooting and diagnostics as an individual and in a team environment

  • Generate quotations based off diagnostics and findings

  • Liaise with customer to provide support and recommendations on efficiency upgrades to better the customers assets

  • Provide quality reports on findings and service for the customer
