Qualifications & experience

Knowledge and/or experience of building management systems

Knowledge and/or background in mechanical electrical, HVAC or air-conditioning
-
The ability to demonstrate strong customer engagement and relationship skills

The ability to work standalone and also in a team environment

Proficiency in IT, network communication and PC hardware configuration

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

An electrical license or restricted electrical license is essential

Hold a current driver’s license.

Mechanical electrical and HVAC skilled technicians with a interest in BMS are encouraged to apply
Tasks & responsibilities
-
Carry out routine service on Building and Energy Management Systems

Carry out troubleshooting and diagnostics as an individual and in a team environment

Generate quotations based off diagnostics and findings
-
Liaise with customer to provide support and recommendations on efficiency upgrades to better the customers assets

Provide quality reports on findings and service for the customer
