Each site comprises multiple revenue streams with tailored product offerings, including state-of-the-art gaming facilities and dining options that are reflective of the customer base.
Role Summary
As the Manager of this multifaceted venue, your primary role will be to drive the venue's successful operation and overall success. You will lead your team while overseeing a wide array of product offerings spanning traditional on-premises drivers, including food, beverage, gaming, entertainment, and functions.
This role allows you to cover all aspects of the business while fostering strong community relationships, presenting an opportunity for you to elevate your career by leading a large, dynamic hospitality operation to higher levels of trade, performance, and team engagement.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous experience as a Venue Manager in a business that comprises of food & beverage.

Strong background operating a high-volume venue

The ability to recruit, develop, lead, and engage your team.

Exceptional management skills and the ability to manage a wide variety of stakeholders, both in and out of venue.

A high-level customer service and know what exceptional experiences look and feel like.

A genuine passion for hospitality, fueling a hands-on approach to how you lead your team and manage all aspects of the venue.

P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials to analyse where there is an opportunity to grow your business

Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage, and wagering.

A strategic mindset focused on incremental revenue growth.

Demonstrated knowledge of OLGR, food safety and WH&S
This role is based in Brisbane, offering a very strong remuneration package comprised of an excellent base salary circa $110,000 - $130,000 in addition to superannuation and an achievable performance bonus structure.
