Description:
- Develop and implement project plans, managing all aspects of the on boarding process.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful system deployment.
- Monitor project progress, identifying any issues and taking corrective action as needed.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, keeping them informed of project status and developments.
- Ensure all system implementations comply with regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements:
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree Business, Finance or Accounting related field.
- Project Management Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry, preferably with specific technical knowledge of Fund Accounting and Unit Pricing, Investment Administration & Custody.
- Proven experience managing business change and client on boarding projects and in project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior management and senior stakeholders as well as clients.
- Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Ability to manage multiple on boarding projects concurrently
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
