We are currently looking for a Part-Time Cleaning Service Assistant to join our team at the St Johns facility in Wangaratta, VIC. This role is vital to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring a hygienic and safe living space for our residents.
Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard of hygiene and safety.

Follow infection control and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of residents and staff.

Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas as required.

Ensure that cleaning supplies are appropriately stored and maintained.

Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Skills and Experience:

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred, but not essential.

Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

A friendly, compassionate, and respectful attitude toward residents.

A valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).

Must be available for morning shifts .
