49 hours per fortnight
A mixture of permanent and max term hours

Applications are sought from suitably skilled Medical Receptionists/Administrators to work in the Specialist Outpatient/Consulting Suites team at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:

Meet and greet clients, answer phone calls, make and change appointments

Prepare and maintain waiting, meeting, treatment and counselling rooms in a tidy and presentable condition

Provide reception and administration duties to both the Consulting Suites and Cancer and Wellness Centre

Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
-
Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice

Must have availability for a range of shifts including Saturday’s as rostered
Qualifications/experience required:

Experience or strong understanding of Customer Service requirements

Demonstrated record of meeting customer needs
