Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Agent, your duties will include:
Days on the Road:

Process Serving: Serving court documents on defendants and witnesses.

Field Calls: Attending debtor addresses to collect contact details and request payment of debts.

Repossessions: Attending debtor addresses to collect arrears or secure the financier’s asset.

Evictions: Attending debtor addresses to secure the property.
-
Field Audits: Auditing stock on hand at businesses.
Working from Home:
-
Planning trips and organizing work within your assigned geographical area.

Preparing and submitting accurate reports into the company’s and client’s work management systems or via email.

Preparing and swearing accurate affidavits.
Location:
Field Agents must reside within easy reach of Bendigo.

Tenure/Hours:
This is a permanent casual position typically requiring 2 or 3 travel days per week , often with 1 overnight stay, and working from home at other times. Due to the need to contact debtors outside normal business hours and the travel required, the role involves longer travel days and shorter days for report preparation and planning future trips. Successful Field Agents find a good work/life balance with this arrangement.
