Your new team

The Role

We are looking for a friendly and dynamic person who has a professional approach to their work. You will be the first point of contact for clients both by the phone and in person and will be required to deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly, caring and helpful manner, so that they feel welcome and comfortable

  • Answering phones/emails promptly with the ability to prioritise tasks

  • Diary management including scheduling appointments

  • Processing of payments and invoices

  • Building an excellent working relationship with our physiotherapists

  • Receptive to feedback

  • Flexibility to travel between clinics if required

  • Previous Medical/Allied Health practice experience preferred (Physio, chiro, osteo, medical centre, etc – including an in depth understanding of HICAPS, Medicare, Workcover, DVA)

Hours

Thursday evenings, Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings (alternating)

About you

To be successful in this role, we are seeking individuals who;

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (highly desired)

  • A passion to see clients empowered to achieve optimal lifelong physical health

  • Outstanding communication skills both in person and over the phone

  • Excellent client service skills, proven through previous customer service experience

  • Ability to maintain a positive and energetic environment amongst our team and clients

  • Experience in medical or allied health is highly regarded, but not essential
