Position Overview
A hands-on role, where you'll be on the tools as well as a providing direction to a small team. As a Leading Hand Mechanic , you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of skilled mechanics while assisting the Store Manager with efficient workflow and job allocation through the workshop.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly senior technicians or supervisors.
Success Profile
• Leadership and the ability to delegate
• Good communication skills and taking pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to problem solve and work in a fast paced environment
• Maintain a safe & organised work environment
• Ability to motivate team members
• Certificate 3 in Automotive Technician (Light)
• Valid Australian drivers licence
• Availability to work a minimum of every second Saturday
