About the Role As a key member of our consulting team, you'll:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.
- Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 modules to align with client and agency-specific requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user guidance to ensure smooth adoption and use.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and overall team development.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform consultant.
- A strong track record of designing, building, and deploying complex, scalable solutions.
- Customer Insights and Journey Mapping expertise
- Deep understanding of business process automation and solution architecture best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment (highly regarded).
