With two existing clinics located in Burwood and Box Hill, and a third clinic in the pipeline, they take pride in growing their exceptional multidisciplinary team. Your Responsibilities:
- Paediatric caseload primarily working with ages 2-18
- Manageable client-related responsibilities (approximately 70% of your time), with the remainder allocated for administrative duties and continued learning
- Clinic-based role located in Box Hill with opportunities for school contracts and home visits if desired
- Caseload will be gradually increased over the first 2-3 months, ensuring a smooth transition into the profession
- Salary of $76K + superannuation for new graduate clinicians
- Annual PD allowance of $3000
- Be supported working amongst a team of 7+ Speech Pathologists
- Multidisciplinary meetings and opportunities to discuss complex cases and learn
- Receive support from Senior Occupational Therapists, Clinical Leads as well as your Team Leader
- After your initial shadowing period you will still receive a minimum of 1 hour weekly supervision
- Travel to clients is not required - work entirely from the clinic if desired!
- Gradually increasing caseload across your first 3 months

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
