About the role
Our Moss Vale facility is now on the look-out for an Assistant Swim School Manager.
If you're passionate about teaching children life-long water safety skills, and assisting in the leadership of a dedicated Swim School team, we want to hear from you!
As an Assistant Swim School Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day operational management of the Learn to Swim program and ensure this service is delivered in a safe, inclusive and customer focused manner.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Swim School Manager to ensure the program is delivered in line with BlueFit’s established systems, processes and service standards. As we do not operate in a 9 to 5 industry, this role will suit someone who is available to work some weekends and public holidays.
A typical day might look like:

Managing leads, cancellations, outstanding payments and database management.

Pro-actively marketing BlueFit’s products and services

Liaise with the Swim School Manager to ensure rosters are up-to-date

Meet regularly with the Swim School Team including to assess the progress of the LTS program.

Ensure all Swim School staff are operating with a safety-first mindset
The successful applicant will have:

Experience supervising a team of Swim Instructors
-
Face to face management experience
-
A can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
-
An inclusive approach to service to support our diverse customer base
Required Qualifications (or willing to obtain)

Swimming & Water Safety Teacher Certification (or equivalent)

A Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
-
A Valid NSW Working With Children Check
