The requirements | What it takes to do this work
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Cert IV Leisure and Health
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current NSW class C driver’s license with the willingness to 12-seater van
- An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Desirable
- Hold a current LR/MR License & willingness to drive Warrigal’s minibus
