About the Role
With a strong NDIS focus, you will have the opportunity to tailor the role towards an assessment or therapy-based mixed caseload including Adult and/or Paediatric clients.
Our services include:

Functional / Activities of Daily Living Assessments and Support Needs recommendations
-
Assistive Technology Assessments for people with simple and complex needs and the opportunity to expand your skills/expertise.

Fine Motor and Gross Motor therapy
-
Housing needs Assessments including SIL /SDA or ILO accommodation options.

1:1 Therapy - evidence based and goal orientated interventions.

24-Hour seating and positioning assessment and implementation of recommendations

Adult Therapy (including group or 1:1 sessions)

Manual Handling Assessments and Training
-
Developmental Milestone Assessments for early intervention (0-5) and / or school aged (5-12) children (if you desire a paediatric caseload)

Sensory Assessments and Interventions
-
Emotional Regulation and Behavioural strategies working with Parents / Carers / Teachers (in-clinic, homes and schools).
About You

Essential Criteria

Minimum 2 years + NDIS experience (non negotiable)

Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA

Must provide a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
-
Current driver’s license and own vehicle are essential.

Current Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
