It offers premier boutique style accommodation, with a scenic view across the Jamison Valley. The hotel now forms part of the ICC Group with expansive hospitality offerings.We are looking for a professional, vibrant and friendly person to join our Hotel Reception team.
About the role!
Part-Time working a minimum of 15 hours per week.Conducting check in’s/Outs and creating great first impressionsManaging enquiries and taking reservationsProviding a positive and memorable experience & customer service to all guestsGeneral housekeeping duties as requiredPassionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail
To be successful in this role, you will have...
Previous experience in hotel front desk or housekeeping but not essentialMust be a people personYou have the ability to work independentlyMust be immaculately groomedA willingness to go above and beyond for all of our guestsThe ability to show initiative and to be self-motivatedA friendly and outgoing personalityAbility to work under pressureFlexibility to work on a 7-day rotating roster including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
About You...
You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.
MUST be available Monday to Sunday on a rotating and flexible roster with full working rights in Australia.
