About Us:
SWA Financial Planning is a leading independent financial planning firm in Australia, committed to providing our clients with exceptional financial advice and services. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Implementation Team on a full-time basis.
About the Role:
You will work closely with our Financial Planners, the broader team, liaise with third parties and clients to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of advice recommendations.
Your strong eye for detail and proficiency with the Microsoft Suite will be key to success in this role. You will also be expected to foster a positive, client-focused environment and deliver excellent service.
We are seeking a highly adaptable individual who thrives in an ever-changing technological environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about embracing new technologies and approaches.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement financial advice recommendations in a timely and accurate manner.

Liaise with advisers and third parties to ensure smooth implementation of advice.

Build and maintain strong trusting relationships with clients.

Maintain accurate records.

Provide exceptional client service and communication.

Work collaboratively with the broader team to meet and exceed client expectations.
About You:

A strong eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Friendly, approachable, and eager to deliver exceptional client service.

Ideally, previous experience working within a financial planning firm is desirable but not essential.

A proactive attitude with a focus on efficiency and high-quality work.
