Responsibilities
Conduct assessments & adjustment to injury style counselling to individuals who are grappling with a sudden change in their circumstances to reach their new career goals Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce Visit workplaces to understand challenges injured and ill workers face whilst educating employers on the health benefits of a good working environment
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Masters Degree - completed 5th year) AHPRA or ASORC registration Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans Pride yourself on strong stakeholder management & communication skills
