Three Rivers is a family owned and operated Case IH, Case Construction and New Holland Dealership Group, located in Dubbo, Gilgandra, Narromine and Warren NSW.
They are now looking for the full time services of a Receptionist trainee to join our Narromine operation.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide excellent receptionist services and administration support to the Narromine operation. The position is a varied role and will require an enthusiastic and intuitive person who has exceptional attention to detail.

Phone answering

Extensive data entry

Interface between the customers and our team

Completing banking, mail and other general admin tasks

Assisting with incoming and outgoing parts freight (as required)

Assisting with stocktake

Provide general administrative support to our parts, service, sales and admin teams

Any other ad hoc duties as required
About You
You are customer service focused and are an excellent communicator with a professional phone manner. You have a keen eye for detail, show initiative and always punctual and reliable. You enjoy working with people, have a passionate to grow, learn and develop your skills and are the bright spark when people enter the room. You meet deadlines and are happy to work autonomously or as part of a larger team.
Qualifications and Experience

Beginner to Intermediate level in the Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Cert III or IV in Business Administration is highly advantageous but not essential.
