About the Role:
You'll assist in leading the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, supporting staff development, and ensuring guests have unforgettable dining experiences. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Chefs to drive consistency and quality across all service periods.
Your Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Understanding of stock control, rostering, and basic P&L

Flexible and calm under pressure, with a hands-on attitude
