We’re hiring a Technical Enablement Lead Engineer to join a high-performing team on a leading-edge cloud-based Lakehouse platform . This role offers a blend of hands-on engineering, technical leadership , and collaborative delivery within a major digital transformation program in the resources sector.
What you’ll be doing:

• Lead technical design and development of new data integration use cases.
• Build and manage scalable pipelines using Databricks, Python, SQL , and cloud services (Azure & AWS) .
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Drive estimation, planning, and end-to-end delivery.
• Ensure quality through testing, CI/CD, and software best practices.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in data engineering and cloud integration .
• Strong skills with Databricks, Python, SQL, Azure, and AWS .
• Management or coordination experience in delivery-focused environments.
• A flexible, curious mindset — comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant certifications (Databricks, Azure, AWS) are highly regarded.
