Our well established client based on the Gold Coast, is seeking a passionate early career occupational therapist to join their dynamic allied health team near Varsity Lakes!- Salaries starting from $90,000 - $110,000 + Super
- Mixed ages caseload based in clinic and community settings
- Opportunity to become a qualified, NDIS approved BSP if you wish!
Your Role:
- Undertake a comprehensive onboarding when you start, with a gradual increase in your caseload
- You will support NDIS & private participants access quality Occupational Therapy services by; conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, facilitating therapy and writing progress notes and reports
- Billable target expectation: 25 billables a week, gradually increasing from when you start
- The Admin team will support you doing the service agreements, scheduling and billing, so you can just do what you do best!
- Salaries from $90,000 - $110,000 + Super
- Uncapped PD allowance (pro rata) & 2 Days PD leave
- Opportunity to undertake a specialised BSP course if you wish to become a qualified BSP
- Weekly, fortnightly or monthly supervision with an Occupational Therapist with 10+ Years experience in the industry

- Access an extensive library of DSC training modules and previous PD trainings
- Quarterly Bonus Commission structure for exceeding your billable targets

- Small team of 12 allied health practitioners; BSP's, OT's, SP's and Psychologists
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
