Due to growth and team changes, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Operations Coordinator / Pick & Pack Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the owner, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run

smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Inventory & Production Management – Oversee the end-to-end process

✅ Order Management – Process orders, create manifests, and prepare shipments

✅ Team Collaboration – Work closely with the design and sales teams

✅ Project Management – Lead the development of new custom jewellery ranges & other project work

✅ Process Optimisation – Maintain and improve operational workflows

✅ System Utilisation – Daily use of Cin7 Core, Shopify and Excel.

About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing & production/ distribution environment

-Strong Excel skills and experience generating reports

- Inventory management software expertise (Cin7core preferred)

- Excellent organisational & time management skills

- Full-time availability – Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)

- Proficiency in Shopify, shipstation etc
